Our ambition is to continue growing and evolving by welcoming new professional profiles across the group’s different areas and divisions.
On this exciting journey towards the future, we invite you to add your talent and energy to the story of our company.
COMMITTED TO SOCIETY
At Normagrup, we develop lighting technologies designed by and for people, integrating innovation as a driver of well-being, safety and sustainability. We focus on human-centered solutions such as Saluz (healthy lighting), Human Centric Lighting (HCL), which considers biological rhythms, health and comfort, as well as emergency lighting systems to protect people in spaces.
We create safe environments through reliable solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and service, integrating optimally into architectural dialogue and ensuring proper evacuation and spatial recognition in emergency situations. Currently, 22% of our emergency lighting solutions incorporate autotest technology, with real-time self-diagnostics that minimize any anomalies and ensure proper operation, contributing to more efficient resource use and reduced environmental impact.
A more natural way to relate to light
Biodynamic lighting technology that reproduces the characteristics of natural light to create healthy and comfortable environments, adapting to human biological rhythms and enhancing both physical and mental well-being.
Human Centric Lighting (HCL)
Human Centric Lighting and environmental sustainability follow the same path. Designing lighting systems around people’s well-being has direct and positive effects on the conservation of our planet.
Social actions and community engagement
We embrace our commitment to society as an active involvement with our surrounding environment. For this reason, we support and promote social, cultural and sports initiatives at local and regional levels that foster values such as collaboration, effort and well-being, strengthening our bond with the territory and generating a positive and lasting impact.

Technology transfer and talent promotion
We foster knowledge transfer and talent development through research agreements and collaborations with universities and vocational training centres. These partnerships enable us to drive innovation, explore new lines of research and contribute to the development of highly qualified professionals, reinforcing our commitment to technological and social progress.
Research and applied science
We collaborate with leading scientific and technological institutions to advance knowledge and develop safer and healthier solutions. We take part in research projects such as Healthy Lighting, in collaboration with the Fernández-Vega Ophthalmological Institute, to study the effects of light on visual health. We also participate in industrial initiatives such as the European Reservistas project, placing our technological capabilities at the service of society in emergency contexts.
